Chris Marquis Properties was established in 2022. We started out with a single home, but we have quickly expanded in to new areas of the city. We now have properties in several different neighborhoods in the greater Charlotte area. Each area of our wonderful city can provide a unique experience for you and your family. Chris Marquis is a well known musician and business man. Chris is famous for his music, but spends most of his time investing in different business ventures. He has years of experience in everything from customer service, to rental property management. As our owner, Chris is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and a positive experience for all of our clients.
