Here at Chris Marquis Properties, our goal is to turn these houses in to beautiful homes. Sometimes, we keep these fixer uppers and turn them in to rental properties. Another business endeavor that our company partakes in, is building new homes from the ground up. Our newest build is taking place in Denver, NC. Our company has purchased two lots in the Verdict Ridge community. We are working steadily to get these new builds completed. These new houses will be completely modern and stylish. Since this is a newer neighborhood, there are lots of people moving in to the area. With new people also comes new opportunities. This community is quickly adding lots of dining and shopping options nearby. As we expand our company in to this new area, we are looking forward to learning all about what it has to offer.
